Enjoy your meal is dedicated to all the Ernst & Young people in the Central Europe Area, whose energy, enthusiasm and hard work have helped transform 20 individual countries into one integrated Area. The cooperation of each country has contributed to the success of the Central Europe Area - 20 different flavours certainly make a splendid dish.
This cookbook is a celebration of our journey together in creating one Area. We not only share the same Ernst & Young Values and promise of delivering seamless, consistent, quality service worldwide, but we also have something very personal in common: a passion for food! Regardless of where we come from, we all enjoy good food.
We have clearly demonstrated that combining the skills and talents of our people is a recipe for great results.
