Drawing the XXth Century. Comics on Lithuanian, Belarussian and German Family Stories

After the Workshop held by the in Berlin based comic artist Mawil, the works of four young artists were collected to one book. Mawil himself gave a excerpt of his famous book "Kinderland". How his editor Felix Ackermann wrote:"...the artists of this project focuse on the question of how ... larger stories are told in private. Participants explored narrative open ends of what is told and not told in their own family, in order to rethink the XXth century from a somewhat different point of view...".
