The Issues of Formation, Development and Functioning of the Credit-Monetary System

The work of Shvaika Mykhaylo A., Doctor of Economics, Professor of Kyiv International University, Head of research Institute of Economic and Humanitarian sciences, analyses credit monetary system, examines preconditions of its origin, mechanisms of its forming, development and functioning.
The work is focused on expansion of production and increase in turnover, creation of a banking institutions net and of central banks with effective mechanisms of influencing money turnover that are vital beginnings of credit monetary system and its development. The author reveals the factors of banks becoming a third party of barters and mediating payments.
Painful research of the author when trying to form his opinion concerning credit monetary system under conditions of monetary mechanisms being distorted by Soviet administrative system is rather interesting.
The author developed proposals concerning eliminating usury in Ukrainian monetary system, intersifying the role of credit, mobilizing inactive credit resources ant transforming them into capital.
