Lord of the Nile is a great continuation of the Children of the Lion series. It is one of the sadder books with many beloved characters making sad life changes or dying. There is a deep sense of caring about Shobi's twins by his friends. Tuya's life is very sad and you feel she deserves better than she gets. The ending makes you want to immediately begin the next book so you find out what is going to happen.
